Track the progress of your research agreements
UBC faculty members have the ability to view and track the status of their research agreements by using their Campus Wide Login credentials to log into Wellspring’s Sophia. The Sophia database provides up-to-date information and insights into each stage of the contract negotiation process.
When a project file is initiated, our team will notify the researcher and research partner to confirm receipt and provide an estimated timeline for initiation and negotiation of the contract.
